Alexandrite: Depending on the light you're in, alexandrites change color from a purple to a blue-green.
Chrysoprase: Most commonly seen as a cabochon or rose cut. An opaque green usually found in the middle color range.
Green Diamond: Typically irradiated (heat treated) to acquire this green color, green diamond are very durable and add a splash of color to your custom design.
Emerald: Popular in jewelry, emerald is the most well known green gemstone. Not ideal for every day wear because it is a softer stone than other well known gems like diamond or sapphire. Internal inclusions are very common.
Tsavorite Garnet: Great alternative to emerald. Much less in price, a little bit harder, and fewer inclusions. Very vivid in color as well, with a little less blue than emeralds.
Jade: The toughest material known to man. Not to be confused with diamond, which is that hardest. Very very durable and comes in a variety of green colors.
Peridot: Pretty yellow-green gemstone at a very affordable price.
Green Sapphire: Typically a blue-green color with hints of golden yellow. Very durable gemstone.
Green Tourmaline: Can be found in deep blue-greens as well as mint greens. Bit softer than sapphire, but very good jewelry choice for any type of custom jewelry.
